5. Service Fees & Payment

Where applicable, government or official fees are included in the total price displayed during the application process.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund requests may be considered only if the application has not yet entered the processing stage.
• Once processing has commenced (i.e., resources have been allocated and your application has been prepared or submitted), refunds are no longer available.
• Applications submitted early are not immediately processed; however, once they enter the active processing queue as the official window approaches, refunds will no longer be possible.

• Circumstances constituting force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyberattacks, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

All content on GeteVisa.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, source code, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of GET EVISA TRAVEL LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Message and Data Rates: Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages you receive from us.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS communications from us. Please note that opting out of SMS will not affect email notifications.
